Grilled figs and pears gorgonzola sauce
4 whole figs
2 whole pears

4 oz gorgonzola
2 oz heavy cream

1 oz “truffle honey”
toasted peans

halve the figs and quarter the pears. Season with a little kosher salt and sugar combined. Grill until caramelization occurs (the grill grates have slightly burned the fruit). In a saucepot, melt the gorgonzola and cream together. Drizzle the cheese sauce over the fruit and top with a squeeze of truffle oil and spike with some toasted pecans.
