Dry rub steak and vegetables

	make bamboo vegetable skewers with: onions peppers eggplant mushrooms zucchini grill on the sides of the grill at lower temperatures turning often. When done (about 5 minutes), remove from the grill and pull the skewer out (leaving the vegetables intact). Finish by topping with fresh basil pesto. dry rub steaks. Cook 3 minutes on each side Top with guacamole/ black bean relish
