4 oz jumbo lump crabmeat (picked clean of shell and cartilage)
2 T minced red onion
1 ripe avocado
1 T mayonnaise
1 t lemon juice
½ t yellow curry
¼ paprika
chopped chives
snow pea sprouts to garnish
Peel and chop the avocado to about the size of the lumps of crab, add the onion, lemon juice, chives then mayonnaise and curry and paprika. Fold in the crabmeat and spoon over sesame crisps and garnish with a couple snow pea sprouts.
